How this is kept
A personal technical notebook for preserving the reasoning behind small software and infrastructure decisions.
I use this notebook to keep useful technical context from disappearing into shell history.
The entries focus on software, systems, networking, and small-scale infrastructure. Each one tries to preserve the observation, the reason for a choice, and the detail most likely to matter when the same problem returns.
Where a topic has a repeatable shape, the note includes a compact record or checklist: what to capture before a public change, how to preserve measurement conditions, which operational responsibilities to count, and what must disappear when a component is retired.
The site follows that preference for visible structure. It is a small set of static files served without a framework, analytics, or a client-side application. Every page remains readable on its own.
Entries are added only when there is something worth keeping. The dates stay visible, and older notes are left in place unless their guidance no longer holds.
